Since its founding in 2010, Prizma Capital has acquired over 9,600 residential units and 230,000 square feet of commercial space across the U.S. and Europe, establishing a long-standing track record.

We combine institutional discipline, long-term perspective, and local partnerships with the expertise of former senior executives from institutional, family office, and real estate firms to source, underwrite, and operate compelling multifamily investments.
