Itzik Nachum is the Founder and Managing Partner of Prizma Capital and Prizma Investments, with extensive experience in global real estate investing across the United States and Europe. He has held senior investment roles, including serving as Global Real Estate Investment Manager at Menora Group (MMHD.TA), Israel’s largest pension fund.

In his professional roles, Itzik has been involved in the evaluation, structuring, and execution of large scale real estate transactions, with responsibility for investment underwriting, transaction execution, and asset management. Across these roles, he has led the acquisition of more than 24,000 residential units, as well as a broad range of commercial properties across multiple markets.

Itzik holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an LL.B. in Law from Reichman University, as well as a Master in Real Estate (MRE) from the Technion. He has been a licensed attorney in Israel since 2010.
