Daniel Even Zur
CFO
Daniel brings senior leadership experience in global real estate investing and credit, with a strong track record across the U.S., Israel, and Europe. He has led over $5bn of real estate debt and equity transactions.
Most recently, Daniel oversaw a major U.S. real estate credit portfolio at Phoenix Insurance. Prior to that, he served as Director of Real Estate Consolidation at Altshuler Shaham, and earlier as Head of Global Real Estate at Psagot, where he led large-scale institutional real estate investments.
Daniel also serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Israeli CPA Institute, contributing to the development of capital markets and real estate regulation.
He holds an MBA in Financial Management and dual degrees in Accounting (Cum Laude) and Statistics from Tel Aviv University.
