An Ohio native, Stuart has experience analyzing multifamily markets across the United States as a field analyst for a leading market study provider. He has also participated in securing financing for low-income multifamily development projects. Stuart earned a B.S. in Geography from the University of Maryland and a Master of City & Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
