Stuart Davidovich is an Asset Manager at Prizma Capital with over nine years of experience in real estate operations and investment oversight. He leads financial analysis and strategic oversight for Prizma’s portfolio of real estate investments across the United States.
In his current role, Stuart acts as the primary liaison between Prizma and its deal partners, and directs the full cycle of asset reporting, utilizing advanced data-driven tools to provide transparent insights to stakeholders.
Before joining Prizma, Stuart built his expertise in the U.S. multifamily sector through data analysis roles at a Prop-Tech startup and large-scale physical market research as a field analyst.
Stuart earned a B.S. in Geography from the University of Maryland and a Master of City & Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
