Acquired by Prizma Capital between 2021 and 2022, the portfolio originally totaled 1,048 units. Each property features spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and resort-style amenities, offering residents a walkable, upscale living environment in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro.
